Who We Are

Formerly known as Chaiyo Thai Cuisine in the Bellevue Galleria opened in 2000, we have  relocated to a larger space in the Expedia Tower.

Beginning with the original Chaiyo, our goal has been to serve you Bellevue's best authentic Thai dishes. Now in our new location, we're not only bringing you the best in traditional Thai cuisine but surround you in an elegant space that combines both traditional and modern Thai concept.

Thai food is constantly evolving, and so are we. We've added several modern riffs on typical Thai dishes in order to offer you an escape from "carbon copy" type Thai restaurant menus. Of course, our focus is always the food. Thai cuisine emphasizes the balance of each ingredient's flavor, texture and seasoning.
